Hi, I’m AquaQS. I'm a systems tinkerer, a technical leader, and an amateur woodworker. I spend my time doing everything from managing multi-node Proxmox clusters and local DNS routing, to writing Python hardware scripts and tracking down the best rough-sawn hardwood in my community. I’m always chasing the next interesting project—whether it's silicon or sawdust.
I'm a self-driven tech enthusiast with a background in system administration, containerized self-hosting, and custom hardware projects. I enjoy managing dedicated homelab hardware, optimizing local DNS routing, and crafting clean web dashboards to monitor system metrics. While still an enthusiast, overseeing a network for 3 people where I am the lifeline for their network connections, mistakes leading to extended down time is not an option.
When I'm not in the terminal or updating technical documentation, I spend time working on custom woodworking projects and physical builds.

A lightweight, repurposed hardware system running minimal Linux and custom Python scripts to query remote APIs and display real-time statistics on a dedicated screen.
A fully documented self-hosted knowledge management platform containing changelogs, system architecture layouts, network display filters, and step-by-step troubleshooting logs.
